Introduction
This notice provides information on data processing related to the use of the website (www.villmarkklima.hu) operated by Villmárk Klíma Kft. (registered office: 5136 Jászszentandrás, Petőfi út 1., e-mail: villmarkklima@gmail.com, phone: +36 30 437 6959). The website enables visitors to obtain information about the services offered and to contact the operator by completing the contact form.

By completing the contact form, the user may contact the Data Controller.

Please note that the e-mail address does not necessarily have to contain personal data. For example, it is not required that the e-mail address includes the data subject’s name. 4. Use of Hotjar
 
Our website uses the Hotjar analytics tool to better understand our visitors’ needs and to optimize the user experience. Hotjar uses cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about user behavior (e.g., which pages are visited, how much time is spent on the site, what interactions are performed). The data collected by Hotjar is processed in an anonymous manner and is not suitable for identifying individual users.

5. Use of Google Analytics
 
Our website uses the Google Analytics service operated by Google Ireland Limited (registered office: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze the use of the website, such as the number of visits, the pages viewed by visitors, and the time spent on the website.

6. Use of Google Ads

7. Use of Meta (Facebook) Pixel

Our website uses the Facebook Pixel service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (“Meta”, registered office: 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland).
With the Facebook Pixel we can measure the effectiveness of our advertisements and display targeted advertisements to users on Facebook and Instagram.
The Meta Pixel collects data via cookies and other tracking technologies about the actions visitors perform on our website.

 

8. Sending Promotional SMS Messages
 
If you consent, we may periodically send promotional SMS messages to the phone number you provide, informing you about current offers, promotions, and other news relevant to your interests. SMS messages are sent exclusively based on your prior consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe option included in the message or through our customer service contact details.

10. Technical and Organizational Measures Related to Data Processing
 
The Data Controller ensures and facilitates the exercise of the data subjects’ rights related to data processing, with particular regard to the right to information and the right to object.
The Data Controller undertakes to include in its data protection policy such guarantees that ensure the protection of the data subjects’ rights.


11. Rights of Data Subjects
 
Data subjects may exercise the rights described below via the contact details provided in Section 1. We will assess all requests related to the exercise of rights within 25 days of receipt.

11.1.   Right to information
The principle of fair and transparent processing requires that data subjects be informed, before processing starts, about the fact and purpose of processing, the identity of the data controllers, data protection officers (if any), the categories of processed data, the legal basis, duration and method of processing, and the data processors used. Based on the right to information, data subjects may request information about the processing of their data, in which case they will receive personalized information.

11.2.   Withdrawal of consent
The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

11.3.   Right to rectification
The data subject has the right to request the rectification and/or completion of personal data relating to him or her that we process.

11.4.   Right to erasure / right to be forgotten
Data subjects are entitled to request the erasure of their data processed by us. Please note that a request for erasure will be refused if there is a legal obligation to retain the data.

11.5.   Right to restriction / blocking
The data subject may request that we restrict/block the processing of their data (by clearly marking the restricted nature of processing and ensuring separate handling from other data). Restriction lasts as long as the reason indicated by the data subject requires it.

11.6.   Right to object
The data subject has the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him or her which is based on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, or on the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.

11.7.   Right to data portability
The data subject has the right to receive personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and has the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, where the processing is based on consent or on a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.

11.8.   Right to lodge a complaint and the right to initiate proceedings
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and/or to initiate its proceedings, and to an effective judicial remedy if the data subject considers that his or her rights have been infringed in connection with the processing of personal data or the exercise of related rights. In case of judicial remedy, the data subject may initiate a civil lawsuit, which falls within the jurisdiction of the competent court.
